Agile transformation
We help organizations who want to move to agile. Why agile? Is it agile what the they really need? Do they have the right expectations? If the answer is yes we help to choose the right framework, establishing the agile mindset and practicing the ceremonies.
We strongly focus on quality. We started our training and consulting business after several years of real industrial experience - unlike many other competitors in this area. Our experience covers profit, non-profit research and development. We work currently on research projects of educational innovations project based learning and artifical intelligence. With this background, applying the right padagigial and didactical methods - learning is a real pleasure with us, and easier moving knowledge into practice. We deliver services in english, german and hungarian. We have limited presence in hungary, mostly engaged in private courses or subcontractor. We have broader presence in international projects.
