SA – SAFe Agilist

Length: 2 days
Best suited for: Stakeholders needing an overview of the SAFe environment

POPM – SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager

Best suited for: Current and potential Product Owners in a SAFe environment

SSM – SAFe Scrum Master

International PMI® certifications

Project Management Institute (PMI) is the global associacion for project managers. A project management certificatien is a very important milestone of the career of the project manager. Some of the most popular PMI certifications:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
- Project Management Professional (PMP)®
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®

PMP® from the list above is the world's most appreciated project management certificate, that proves not only textual but applied knowledge with number of years experience. It's a clear competitive advantage for the individual, and also for the organization. In the United States salaries of PMP® certified PMs average 16% higher. It is not an IT certificate, however compared to even those its significant. A Global Knowledge Training LLC mad a survey and published in a list of the highes paid jobs with IT certificates in 2012. PMP® was the winner (the other two don't belong to PMI®). First three of the list are:
1. PMP® (Project Management Professional)
2. CISSP® (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
3. CCDA® (Cisco Certified Design Associate)
Globally over 1,5 million, in Hungary over 500 professional hold the certificate (2023).

PMP® exam preparation

PREREQUISITES: depending on the candidate's educational background: Barchelor degree need 4.500 hours of project management experience, which is 3 years in the past 8 years. Higs school graduates need 7.500 hours of project management experience, which is 3 years in the past 8 years. Both cases require: 35 net ("contact") hours of relevant training (covering all domains of the ECO -Exam Contant Outline) participation, and a successful PMP exam (CBT - computer based testing, 180 questions, 230 minutes). The obtained certificate is valid for 3 years and can be renewed by collecting 60 PDUs (Professional Development Unit). 
TRAINING: we provide customized exam preparation training/workshop for even small groups (2-3 participants) as well. Depending on former trainings and current needs 2-5 days. We review and understand the Pmbok relevant domains, the PMP ECO , tips and tricks for the exam and review the applicatin process. In our experience vast majority of the participans pass first attempt, all domains above average. The exam can be taken in Pearson Vue test centers as well as virtual proctored from anywhere.

CAPM® exam preparation

PREREQUISITES: similar, but lot easier than PMP®. The exam is shortes and slighlty easier than the PMP®, 150 questions, 3 hours. High school diploma required, 1.500 hours project experience, OR 23 net ("contact") hours of relevant training (covering all domains of the ECO -Exam Contant Outline) participation. The certificate can be similarly maintained ny collecting PDUs.

Scrum Developer Certifed (SDC™)

Scrum Developer Certifed (SDC™) is an entry-level certifcation for Scrum Team members and those who interact with any Scrum Team. The objective of this certifcation is to ensure that students understand the basics that Scrum Team members need to know in order to effectively contribute to a Scrum project. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to apply Scrum effectively as Scrum Team members in Scrum/Agile projects. 

Scrum Master Certifed (SMC™)

Scrum Master Certifed (SMC™) is a certifcation for Scrum Masters and experienced practitioners needing or wanting more advanced instruction. The objective of this certi cation is to con rm that the applicants have achieved suf cient understanding of how to apply Scrum in projects and how to tailor Scrum to a particular scenario.

Scrum Product Owner Certifed (SPOC™)

Scrum Product Owner Certfied (SPOC™) is a certi cation for Product Owners and experienced practitioners who represent the business interests in a project. The Scrum Product Owner Certi ed (SPOC™) certi cation is designed to con rm the applicant’s practical knowledge of Scrum that equips them to understand business aspects and  interact with multiple stakeholders in a Scrum environment.
